Train-the-Trainer
After
participating in the program, internal organizational trainers may
attend our two-day Train-the-Trainer certification program. Those
attending will, upon certification, receive the necessary framework,
skills, and materials (including all lectures, overheads, handouts,
etc.) to deliver CareerPower
and CareerPower for Coaches within their organization. We recommend
only experienced trainers attend.
How it Works (Flexible, Expandable, Full
Workshop Support)
The CareerPower for Coaches manual
is a 3-ring participant binder used in a highly-interactive and fast-paced
trainer-led one-day workshop. The full day companion program for employees/associates,
CareerPower, can be delivered prior
to and as an introduction to this program. The complete workbooks,
based upon sound experiential learning theory and years of use with
Fortune 500 companies, can be used directly "off-the-shelf," or customized
to meet an organization's specific needs. Instruments may be purchased
separately. CareerPower
trainer certification is also available.
