A consulting partnership offers an opportunity to work with Human Resources and Senior Leaders to examine business goals as to their alignment or gaps with internal talent management practices. With this partnership, we can share marketplace trends, understand internal practices, learn about previous and current initiatives, and define desired outcomes. It's also an opportunity to establish measurements and develop a system for accountability to support your talent initiative. Instructional design services may also be needed to customize workshops or other learning experiences. This is best done in tandem with an internal design team.
