Dr. Beverly Kaye, Founder and CEO of Career Systems International, has been named this year’s recipient of the Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance Award by ASTD (American Society for Training & Development). Bev has been recognized for her groundbreaking body of work and the significant impact she has had on learning and performance in the workplace.
For more than thirty years, Dr. Kaye has devoted her career to innovation and has been a pioneer in the areas of career development and employee engagement. If fact, she wrote the book on both subjects: Up Is Not The Only Way, the practitioners’ bible on career development, and Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: Getting Good People to Stay, the Wall Street Journal best-selling book, co-authored with Sharon Jordan-Evans. Her firm, Career Systems International, has worked with most of the Fortune 500 and she continues to invent, create and design systems and strategies that change lives and change companies…for the better.
Dr. Kaye was recognized at an awards ceremony at the ASTD International Conference and Exposition last month in Chicago.
