A one-day facilitated workshop (trainer certification available), on-line or blended experience, this program uses highly interactive self-assessments, tools, and activities to empower individuals and stimulate their learning around their career development.

Designed around a sequence of assessments and planning activities, this learning experience provides individuals with the foundation to understand their own career fit in the workplace and drive their own growth and development.

For the individual it verifies self-perception and identifies capability gaps; for the organization it identifies talent pools, and links the career goals of the individual to the organization's strategic goals.

CareerPower® provides learners with an award-winning systematic methodology (the 5 P's) they can use to plan and manage their own careers within today's complex organizations.

Provides a mirrored systematic approach for managers (complementary to the individual learner program) to learn and practice coaching and developing their employees. The result is a more motivated and empowered work team developing in sync with the organization's business strategies.

A one-day facilitated workshop (trainer certification available), on-line or blended experience, this program uses highly interactive self-assessments, role playing scenarios, tools, and activities to prepare managers to hold effective development conversations and follow established processes to best develop the talent on their team.

After first experiencing the CareerPower® development process for themselves, managers then learn how to support their employees in implementing career development plans utilizing an award-winning methodology (the 5 L's).
