Description:
This survey shows the degree to which a manager
sees him/herself performing five distinct career-support roles. In
addition to being a valuable career development standalone instrument,
the Career Coaching Survey is an integral component of
the CareerPower for Coaches
workshop.
Objectives:
The information provides excellent data for identifying areas where
managers are strong or where they need to develop in order to build
the skills and talents of their staff.
An accountability mechanism is provided so managers can select behaviors
to which they are willing to commit for the next six months to one
year.
Outcomes:
- Identifies specific
actions that help managers take charge of their own roles in helping
to develop the careers of their people.
- Promotes accountability
for manager's behaviors.
