What It Is (a dynamic, hands-on,
participant training workbook)
The CareerPower® binder is used
in a facilitated workshop that teaches individual contributors and
employees/associates how to manage their careers. The workshop provides
interactive exercises and nine insightful tools so participants can
begin answering the five critical career planning questions. A companion
program, CareerPower for Coaches™,
assists managers in learning how to support their employees' career
and professional development.

CareerPower®
is designed around a sequence of assessment and planning activities
that provides individuals with the foundation to understanding their
own career fit in the workplace. For the individual it verifies self-perception
and identifies capability gaps; for the organization it identifies
talent pools, and links the career goals of the individual to the
organization's goals.

A 360 degree feedback instrument that measures 12 key skills and 12 savvy behaviors, with insights to improve in all areas.
Career Leverage Inventory®
This perceptive assessment helps individuals explore six viable career options, with a rating sheet, discussion, and the impact of each option.

A colorful fold-out map that teaches a new approach to networking: The Five Knows of Networking, and how to use in in career planning.

This user-friendly booklet reveals development activities on behaviors to enhance professional development (not sold separately).
The CareerPower® manual is a 3-ring participant binder used in a highly-interactive and fast-paced trainer-led one-day workshop. An additional half-day or full day companion program, CareerPower for Coaches®, is available for managers and team leaders. The complete workbooks, based upon sound experiential learning theory and years of use with Fortune 500 companies, can be used directly "off-the-shelf," or customized to meet an organization's specific needs. Instruments may be purchased separately. CareerPower® trainer certification is also available.
