The Feedback Wheel™ provides a quick five-step method that helps employees and managers master the feedback process. One side of the wheel focuses on Getting Feedback from a variety of key sources; the other side explains Giving Feedback in a constructive and honest manner. The Wheel can be used for career development, performance appraisal, and individual counseling.

Objectives:

Effective feedback will help identify both strengths and development potential, but asking for that feedback is often not easy; likewise, giving critical feedback to others can be difficult. The Wheel has a unique design that uses a simple but elegant five-step approach, a shorthand, that promotes ongoing performance assessment. Knowing how to give and get feedback can make a difference in today's ever-changing and competitive business environment.
